There are 220 Republicans in the House. How do the remaining 182 feel about terminating the provisions of the IRA? Not sure why Alex is describing the support for this as a win. It appears to be a lack of support to me. What am I missing?

I don't think Alex considers it a "win" just yet—he is just saying that these 38 representatives deserve recognition and support for taking a principled stand.
