Before my speech at OK State University earlier this week, dozens of protestors tried to discourage everyone from attending by handing out false propaganda against me...here's how I responded
Nice job, Alex. There aren’t many people challenging the climate priesthood, and it really needs to be done. We are mis-allocating hundreds of billions of dollars to nonsense and grift, and the developing world’s progress is being thwarted by I’ll-informed hand-wringing twits. It takes courage to do what you are doing, and we all respect you and thank you for your work in this area.
Alex.... good job... The issue is disrespect for free speech and an inability to listen to alternative viewpoints ....... which is what a university education is about.... This is what happens when religion gets mixed with science.

I’m amazed you kept your cool with these uninformed rude students. I have no problem with protest but at least understand what you’re protesting. They couldn’t make a compelling argument so they just shouted.
I wish the hallway moment hadn't been so rushed, so there might have been enough space to slow down the interaction enough to find a bit of room for agreement.
