We appreciate your appealing to the morality of using fossil fuels, and what must be an exhausting fight to get through to these politicians.
But they, especially in California, *want* the highest fossil fuel prices possible. This is how they force "their" will on the people. All because they know what's best for everyone and everything - like the entire planet! If we don't appreciate their moral and intellectual superiority and do what's good for us, then they will make us all pay for being so stubborn!
